Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide from our supplier warehouses. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. MSK Elite is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages MSK Elite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
